Online Course on Paranormal Investigations and Programs in Museums and Historic Sites
Three week course - $275

Do you want to know more about paranormal investigations and programs in museums and historic sites?
Have you been approached by a paranormal group to investigate your museum or historic site? Have you thought about developing your own ghost tour or program? ? Have you ever wondered what this is all about?
Increasingly museums and historic sites are approached by paranormal teams or investigators – and many have started to allow access on a fee basis and some have partnered with local paranormal teams or have developed their own special ghost programs and tours to bring visitors in who have curiosity about this. If done right, it is a great way to increase revenue and to teach history and folklore in an exciting new way for your visitors.
This short course will bridge both sides to create awareness in both groups. You will learn about the paranormal and how teams and investigators conduct their investigations – both the theories and methods will be detailed with real life examples. Those in the paranormal will learn about the mission of museums and historic sites and why there are policies in place to protect and preserve the sites and their collections. We will review museum policies for outside groups and why museums have these policies and how they should be applied to paranormal investigations. The pro's and con's of allowing this sort of access will be reviewed. At the end we will ask each participant to formulate their own draft policy / program / research plan for a museum or historic site.
There are no deadlines. The course is all done on your own time and schedule. Each Monday you will receive a link where you can download the readings for that week. No tests - no quizzes. Just one written assignment at the end to complete the course.

Hearing Spirits Speak - Online EVP Workshop
October 2, 2017
Three Week Online Course - $160
This workshop will cover everything you need to catch great audio evidence from paranormal investigations. We will discuss the history of paranormal recordings, and various categories of paranormal audio. We will cover equipment for capturing audio and accessories, on-site and session protocols and methods, and post-investigation audio editing and processing.
I encourage everyone to submit audio clips for analysis and discussion. We can only review a few minutes each - so choose good sections with likely evidence.
You will do the course entirely on your own time and schedule. You will receive a link where you can download the lecture and readings. To complete the course you will be asked to do one new EVP recording, describe the circumstances (where, when, who) and also the audio environment, along with your analysis of the clip.

Are you a paranormal investigator who wants to learn how to do quality historical research on people, places, and things? Do you want to learn how to be a case manager to lead a case from beginning to end?
We'll get into how to formulate a plan and identify the resources needed for a well conducted investigation. How to manage a case from idea to investigation to report. How to deal with clients and team members. What are the red flags and how to avoid them. How to avoid miscommunication and drama. When to ask for help when the case is beyond your skills and equipment. How to keep it fun even when it's serious.
The course is done entirely online. Each Monday you will receive an email with a download link for the lecture and readings for each week. You'll do it all on your own time and schedule. No tests or quizzes. There will be one assignment at the end to complete the course..
The course will give you the tools to prosper either as a solitary investigator or when leading a large team.
